Here at Rays Auto Service Inc. we have the most advanced and up to date lab ignition scopes, scan tools, low/high current probes and digital volt meters. These state of the art tools aid us in diagnosing various problems that could go wrong with a vehicle, such as drivability problems, electrical malfunctions and check engine lights.


This is the MODIS (Modular Diagnostic Information System). The MODIS is the latest diagnostic computer available, it consists of a lab ignition scope, DVOM and scan tool and has built-in troubleshooter software. The MODIS runs on a PC based platform which means you can upgrade and expand it's capabilities by upgrading it's software.


This is our lab ignition scope, with this we are able to read waveform patterns amperage and current on just about every sensor, relay, switch and connector within your vehicle.


This is our DVOM (Digital Volt Ohm Meter) with it we can read AC/DC voltage, amperage, ohms(resistance), R.P.M. and even temperature.


These are our low and high amp current probes by connecting these to our MODIS or lab scope we are able to see the actual waveform patterns of current that are being put out by your cars electrical system.
