Does Ray's Auto Service employ mechanics that are A.S.E. certified?
Ray's Auto requires that all technicians be ASE Certified or Manufacturer certified upon hiring. All technicians are encouraged to strive for ASE Master tech with L1 credentials by directly connecting their rate of pay with their certification level. By doing this technicians continue to train on the latest technologies to become what is recognized industry wide as the best in the business. An ASE Master.
How can I set up an appointment to have my car worked on?
Please give us a call at 978-372-9611 or 978-686-3265 during business hours and we will gladly set up an appointment that is both convenient for you and gives us adequate time to perform your repair properly. If you would prefer you may email us at raysautoservice@msn.com and we will usually respond within two hours to coordinate your appointment.
What can I do if my car should break down after hours or on weekends?
Please feel free to have your car towed to our shop any time. Try to have it placed anywhere away from the garage doors and put the keys in the night drop box by the front door.
