Personal: Hi! I'm Mark, the owner of Ray's Auto Service. I am a third generation auto technician after my grandfather, Edgar and my father Raymond. I have been married since 1983 to my wife Lisa and we have two children, a son Brian and a daughter Taylor. Brian is a graduate of NHCTC in Nashua where he majored in Automotive Technology. He is now working in the local area as a technician making him the fourth generation in our field. Taylor is a high honor student in high school and is currently pursuing the correct college to continue her education. Her choice of majors will be Internet Security and Networking when she starts college in the fall of 2010. I have been in the auto service business since 1974 and have always felt that treating the customer right will yield all the benefits of a good business.
In my spare time I had always enjoyed large home improvement projects using my Kubota tractor. My wife convinced me to take on a less physically demanding pass time so I sold my tractor and now enjoy motorcycling with her any chance we get. I am a die hard Patriots Football fan and I will not miss a game.
I support two teams; the Patriots and any team who beats the J_E_T_S jets jets jets!

Personal: Hi, I'm Kevin. I'm the shop's Service Manager and run the day-to-day operations. I previously managed a custom car audio store and worked as tool dealer for Snap-On Tools. I have a vast knowledge of tools and automotive electrical systems. I am also highly skilled in car stereo electronics and installations.
I am an avid automotive enthusiast who particularly likes F1 and Nascar Racing.
When I'm relaxing I enjoy playing poker with friends, watching tv and playing video games.

Personal: Hello, I'm Steve. I've been with Rays Auto Service for the last nine years. I take great pride in working hard, completing my work safely and efficiently as well as making sure the customer receives service that is above and beyond their expectations.
I am A.S.E. Certified in the areas of engine performance, brakes, manual transmissions, engine performance, steering and suspension, and electrical diagnosis. I will continue to acquire my certifications until I have reached the L1 Master Automobile Technician level. I am also a certified State Emission Inspector. I am attending classes and training outside of work to further my automotive knowledge.
In my spare time I enjoy home improvement projects, spending time with my family, watching movies and playing video games.

Personal: Hi I’m Chris and I’ve had a passion for cars as long as I can remember. I’m an experienced automotive technician with a degree in Automotive Technology from NHCTC (New Hampshire Technical College) in Manchester, NH. My experience was gained in a Ford Dealership where I received Ford Factory Training as well as multiple years of hands on training. I also have multiple years experience working in a shop specializing in diesel engines where I worked on light and heavy duty diesels. I enjoy the challenging and fast paced work day of working on cars as well as keeping up with the ever-changing technology.
In my spare time I enjoy watching TV, playing golf, and hanging out with friends. I am a diehard Ford diesel fan where I get a kick out of everything from getting under the hood and modifying the engine for more power to watching a 10,000 pound truck speeding down the drag strip.
